I think there is 2 type of checklist.
1. First time viewing
2. 2nd time viewing
3. Final viewing
I believe at least 2 or 3 time before finalising everything.
Currently i only know how to check
1. Soil settlement issue as we can see mostly happen on extention either kitchen or car porch. The wall will normally crack and joint get seperated due to the settlement. Then we can see crack all over the extention. I have seen one house with bad settlement
2. Leaking. I am not sure how bout there is once i see the house they didn';t use the masterbed room as they make it as store. I am afraid the owner maybe hiding the facts that the masterbed room water leaking. How can i do test on it? I think ponding test is not advisable as the hse is not mind.
3. Termite. Yicks, i also seen before a house when tying to open the toilet door but cant. Push it hard and finally there is soil and debris coming up from above the door. A few termite drop down. Do u think termite problem easy to settle? Like calling Rentokil can kau tim? I means if i really like the unit and price is reasonable etc, will you take a chance on termite issue?
Whatelse to check? I believe we need to check also the door like trying to open and close the door, window etc?
