i sign the loan offer letter 4 days ago, the bank still have not send a letter of instruction
to the lawyer.

normally how long does this take ?

should be just a week.......max

mind explain abit..

Letter of Instruction = ?
Letter of Undertaking = ?

i signed the letter of offer on nov 11 (but submitted abit later by the mortgage broker) and the letter of instruction to do the loan agreement was only out on nov 26

Added on February 8, 2010, 4:02 pmletter of instruction is from the bank to ask the lawyer to prepare loan agreement

letter of undertaking is from the lawyer to ask the bank to drawdown loan

for extreme, i can even send out letter of instruction before u signing letter offer.lol..
back to serious, once we accept a offer from customer, immediately i can send out L.I.
its just by a click of button. hence it take no more then 5 second. atleast that is my bank.
