Just Think if We hav to bans retires players... etc > monkey , pia , paulyan, mkvl-ken, doidoi, ichimaru, nara , Odin, Alanz,...and many more. Then who gonna keep the name write down ? in file / in book / in mind? U ?? From 2005 since dota starts so u ban the top team from 2005 till 2010 now? then how many name u should write down? U think ban top team is HALL OF FAME?

Friend, how can you know who am i when i didnt even go for the tourney? I don't even draft , but I got watch replays of competitive dota. Are you hoodini?

So what were your reasons? May i know?

So if i don't means I cannot complain? not everyone is free like you and can go tourney everyday anytime, some people have to cancel their activities just to make it. I am just talking about the players that were listed in the first post. the first post got list odin paulyan mkvl ken etc? retire 1 year or 10 years doesn't make a difference. Yamateh also got temporarily go inactive from dota, maybe 1 month, if kingsurf is banned and he come for tourney, will people make noise? You think for yourself. And how sure they were retired? They play game at home will they tell u? no right.

Retired is the best excuses for the player to step down from competitive. (Either got kicked from the team or some other teams/players shine better than them)

He actually got a point. That's why the organizer should have listed the players instead of just vaguely list team names and expect people to "know" the players (and ex-players) themselves. Basically, by asking people to know themselves means they would know that pia was in inc and monkey was in ct before. Yeah I got beaten by them, but I've got no complains - they won it fairly. I guess if really want to ban, list out player names properly, because if not, better let all the banned teams play as well to be fair to them.

Looks like the organizer(s) has given up on clarifying. Not much to say then, obviously a pretty bad organizer who doesnt know anything about marketing and customer rights. Have fun hosting more future tourneys.

And obviously all this I only get to know after the tourney right, you think I got like some live updates ah? owspia and monkey have not been in the competitive gaming scene for nearly half a year darling. they are obviously not in any of the banned teams as stated by the organizer. Hence, if that's the rules, abide them.. not try to talk your way out of them. sigh.. if you were half the adult you claim do be, you would be able to comprehend.

I am not kicking up a fuss mind you. I asked nicely and politely, but the organizer kept beating around the bush and did not want to answer me. If he didn't want to its ok, but then he started blabbering all about the irrelevant stuffs that made no sense.

And why cant I kick up a fuss? Who are you to tell me? Whether I play or not doesn't matter, I am a firm believer in principles and equality. If you see your friends arguing and it has nothing to do with you, will you try to be the peacemaker?

Nevertheless I applaud you for your explanation, though I don't agree with it at all. So what if they have not been playing for nearly half a year? I believe my example I have given in my previous replies answers this question. What do you mean by "hence if thats the rules, abide them?" The rules were not even clear, you have to admit it yourself. When asked to list the players, the organizer himself said "you yourself should know, no need to list" <=== So to my discretion and to some, xxx and yyy is banned. Who is talking their way out of what? Is there anyway to talk myself out of?

And as far as I am concerned, I did not fail to comprehend anything. Reread the previous comments, and make the evaluations again. I trust you are someone who is intellectual enough to do so. I am sure people has their opinion regarding this issue, and they deserve to bring it up in a proper avenue. Just not everyone is brave enough to complain.

Look at the first post before u guys bash him and flame . it was stated ex players would be banned * . in my humble opinion , theres no hidden meaning in it , its literal enough and simple enough to understand .

And if any of u don't understand the meaning of ex-players , go check the dictionary .
