Im not able to update my fon s/ware, currently on V30, it says no available updates. Is there any other way to update?

ive upgrade my firmware to v40, i though the drive navigation for ovi maps is free, but it says that my license is expired. is there any new version of ovi maps? mine is v3.01

everytime go to ovi maps, when choose online it will automatically connect to data network instead of select connection. i've chk the settings, it looks fine.
