if its cheaper and unlocked if buy from oversea,i want to ask my aunt to buy it for me

but she's not into tech stuff, so that's why i had to do survey on my own from here

try to use phoenix..but it didnt detect my phone,try change cable also same result?anyone know what is wrong?i'm using win xp..
