The one u quote is the lightweight clean version. I reduced it from 33MB to 22MB. U can removed some more system app to reduce the size further.

Regarding the Korean version, there's slight problem with that. What we can do is extract the input method (few dll, T9* files, qwerty files, etc) from Korean V10 firmware and integrate into existing V40. Limitation is that interface language is English, not Korean (as what fellow Korean requested). Only can have Korean interface if Nokia updated all the V10 Korean files to V40. If not, best we can do is integrate Korean input method only.

Yeah, that refer back to my initial concerns, interface language still in English. Only input method in Korean. For interface language to show in Korean, we need to somehow translate the language for all the files

*Input method and interface language is two independent case. Input method involves T9*, qwerty, few dlls while interface file are those .Rxx files. For my CFW, i removed all Chinese, Bahasa Malaysia and Bahasa Indonesia interface but keep the Chinese input method. So still can type and display chinese characters but interface all in English.

Easier for you to trial and error since u have the symbian emulator
