Xm, when typing sms in keyboard, i cant see the up own arrow, how to enable it?

what diff between upper and lower firmware?upper i see more mb and lower i see less mb like my original download firmware

i have problem on pheonix while intalling it,it said my system was not modified..

yup copy to - C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-356 or - C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\RM-356
right... the when i click on the browse button(next to product code) it states "neither DP1 nor DP2 was found for the product, or the product cannot be identified"

so conclusion = mine is SG firmware, urs is MY? haha

errmm.. just wanna ask.. should think not to posted it here.. but i know there a lot of 'otai' here..

here is the problem.. being trying to update my friend N97.. 1stly i shut the phone down and then when i tried to switch it on.. the phone keep stuck in a white screen of nokia (WSOD) maybe.. tried to use the WSOD method.. but the phone keep restarting again and again.. what should i do?..

hard reset? Pressing the green red and camera button after the WSOD until it's gone

install and run as administrator, Phoenix only for WinXP

use 1 by oneor u can copy to both path also to be safe, later after flash delete the RM-356 folder from there

mine is MY 015976 something, forgot la
