theo walcott ? Pretty sure he was selected for the sake of filling the spaces. Useless in any way except for his pace.National Team England National Talk

His cross-field run towards the left corner flag to lull Vidic and create space for Nasri's first goal must be due to Melanie's naked presence at the left corner flag and not because of his intelligent off-the-ball movement. I salute your astute observation and stereotype. |

1st half from england was awful & forgetable. thought of going to bed for the moment there but not until the 2nd half started.
2nd was much more better. way better than a mile. capello made some very early changes which i thought the same thing too. brought in carrick, crouch & sean right phillips to change the game style of playing. after the changes and goals. england were looking like a far more better team compared to the 1st half. really no chance at all for egypt in the 2nd half. well done to england & capello for making the nessecary changes that needed to be made in the 2nd half. i look foward to england's next game and i hope they can repeat the same performance they did in the 2nd half. see ya guys! |

I'm kinda surprised Milner doesn't start, given his form. He did good if not great against Man Utd. And Brown, I think he did good because SWP subbed in. 2nd half subs made all the different, really. Looks like Capello knows who's going to South Africa now. |
