However, the situation has now changed, as prominent Russian online retailers have responded by changing release dates, posting notices to their web sites, and halting pre-orders of all editions of the game.

As mentioned in the notice at the top, there is no other information to suggest this delay will spread to the rest of Europe, North America, or Japan. SCEE has not made any formal public announcements and other launch events and promotions are scheduled as normal.
