Anyone done their garden ie the grass replacement as well as under soil irrigation/drainage? My garden is totally crapped out so I need to get some help. Not very big nia. Only 300 sq ft. Want to do some under soil drainage so all the rain water will escape faster. Not sure what the budget like also...!

gamenoob, i think if you want to use carpet grass, they will charge you around 2 RM per sqft to remove old grass, level, take out stones etc and put carpet grass. this is the price i paid two years ago but my area was larger so maybe for your place a bit higher. under soil drainage is a great idea. the drainage pipe (long tubes with wholes in it so water can get in easily) and placement to channel water out should be easily done along. never tried it myself since my drainage is OK. but i assume gardener wont do this. you would need a contractor to step in, place the pipes and all and then let the gardener level, put soil pack and then the grass. also make sure the drainage is connected and the water has ways to actually go out too if you get a source for the drainage pipes, please post. i think this would be usefull for many places.
