I do not see any dispute over this case. Its the matter of whether you want the item or you leave it for him to deal with someone else, unless you're convinced that he's a conman, show everyone the proof..

i agree with what SeaMonster said. So sad old user also didn't know how to differentiate between CON case and FFK issue. But in fact TS, your offer show that you're a lowballer type... I don't see anything's wrong with that seller...

lowyat last time got con man... still exists nowadays... but recently, lyn got new kind of people tht hurt seller instead of buyer, they are the low ballers !!!! ...

nowadays really getting lot of ridiculous offer...

Once some trader places their items as negotiable , that tells wholelot that people have the rights to offer their price. But despite that, i've seen most of the traders has indicated that "lowballers will not be entertained" which is a good practice to shoo away those low price askers.

I guess its all down to seller to set their thread in a decent way and informative.
