What's with the watermarking. 

if ur using paint to do watermarking, then just add black borders/frame and put ur signature on the border to it doesnt look weird like in ur previous picture.

Go learn, plenty of tutorial online. =.=
And if you have no way of getting PS, get a gimp instead (freeware).

Quite good for an amateur.
But ISO 1600 is not needed, look at other people's exif.
Can be further improve with some pp.

Hmm, I think ISO1600 is kinda high for night shots.
If I were you, I'll use either ISO100 or ISO200 because I wanna avoid as much noise as possible during the night shot.
But you need to lower the aperture value or make the shutter speed slower to get more light in.
