Try Overlay or Soft Light and adjust the layer opacity.
*
i was thinking the color/skintone was due to the blending mode set to overlay....but since its in normal..err..meaning the photo was supposed to be like that??unless something was adjusted b4 this..

personally those r not the type of HDR i love.....i love dramatic HDR..but not to the stage where people think its fake...or u start to see halos all around.. ^^

p/s: btw..u can use dodge n burn to make those halos less visible..

Bush i suppose, cs4 can do the job. Need time tho, using clone stamp or healing brush tool.
Multiple exposure like HDR? Lol.
Black card to block the parts that can easily get overexposed. (But i don't really know this technique)
*
Black card trick can do the job..but provided the bright n dark part r seperated into 2 side of the photo EG top vs bottom / left vs right....if lets say u r taking sunrise..top is dark..center is bright..bottom dark again..black card could help..but u'd have to sacrifice a lil bit of the top exposure..making top extremely dark...

imo HDR get overcooked easily..u might wanna try exposure blending with photoshop...shoot with multiple exposure..and slowly mask out part by part...

Still thinking whether or not to get the diopters set for light macro photography.  hmm.gif

y does the road/background looked like zoom-in effect?? just my noob opinion..i think the approach is correct but the compo/scene lack of some "WOW" factor..

lol. It's shot with an auto rig, sort of. I rigged my camera on the outside of the car and took a shot while the car is moving. Saw this on a forum somewhere else.

OH YES! That's the prob: composition! It's rigged rigid and I was hoping to get some insights from those who did it before.
*
guess not alot ppl tried coz need to have the rig...anyway..i have something a lil bit similar to urs..lol..
