there are few TMPIN and determine the cpu temp by looking which TMPIN is the most sensitive to the cpu idle/load temp..

get ur casing a nice airflow 1st bro..from what i see there...i think ur casing have a bad airflow..
HDD -51 GC idle - 75 (4730 not suppose to idle at this temp i think) after that u can think about OC tmpin - either one is ur proc (perhaps) u see which one increase drastically when u prime ur proc..then it will be the proc temp.. |
