btw,is there a way for me to stay in hostel for whole 4 years
I heard that there special occasion like if we are 'active' in U or get excellent grade, there will be special privilege such as placement for us in hostel..can confirm?
what does it mean by active anyway?MPP,sport?
*
you can, but, you need to be active in everything, get good grades, and being active as in you have to join every event held by your college. they'll give away coupon to recognize your attendance (pss...ask ur member to get one for ya brows.gif )

got space ke if i bring pc?

newbie dip s2dent live in dorm or ro0m?
*
in a dorm with 8 people, i think its ok to bring in ur pc, if you want to study then you have to put the keyboard aside. well, this is for kolej perindu, not sure about other college though, but i think its the same.

QUOTE(samsam9212 @ Jun 21 2010, 07:24 PM)
Oh. Okay~ Accountancy  biggrin.gif

Btw, can a freshman choose the hostel room that he/she wants or the person in charge will just assign you to any room?
*
lol absolutely can't! hmm, okay let me explain:

1) You'll have to park ur car at this one particular dataran.
2) A specific bus for specific college will pick you up and send you to your college along with ur luggage.
3) Arrived, the faci will RANDOMLY GIVE AWAY KEYS to EVERYONE

heck, i'll be seeing you guys this sunday too tongue.gif

anyone can be justifiably proud of one's own personal achievements.......

however in the case of the warped msian education system, one will be wise to be circumspect about the 'achievements' one thinks one has achieved.......

because a honest person will always wonders if he achieved really on merit, or because of some official policies...........

one should realise that matrik 3.9 is roughly equivalent to stpm 3.5 by most estimates........

and one would be somewhat ashamed to be in an apartheid educational establishment.........and rather keep quiet about it.......

LOL.. uitm.. btw i'm also uitm student.currently study in mechanical degree sem 5 in shah alam.. before dis i'm studied dploma at uitm penang..

even i'm study in uitm, i dun agree with uitm way which only allow meleis study here.and everytime got activiti liek ceramah, the lecturer only speak bout meleis and their right.. i realy dun liek it. i came here coz i'd no choice and no money (i'm from poor family) to continue study in other universty eventhough my spm result realy good.

most of student uitm attend to universty & only study so2.. i know, some of them come from a rich family and some are not. but yeah, meleis style always liek dat.only wanna enjoy & dun think bout their future.dats why umno still can win meleis vote in every election.

Ahh I really hate it when people make comments like this.Malays this, Malays that, Chinese this, Chinese that, etc.Stop generalizing. You can't categorize a whole ethnic group based on a few members' actions and attitudes.Of course everywhere you go there is bound to be people who are not serious in their studies and prefer having fun.UiTM is no exception. However, I have seen many of my friends in UiTM striving hard to get good results. These kinds of people are everywhere and of every ethnicity. So Malays always wanna have fun and don't think about the future? Tell that to millions of Malays who are working hard and actually give a damn about their future.

I am also not quite comfortable with UiTM's policy of accepting bumiputras' only.I grew up in a multi-cultural school but I know when to be thankful.I'm sure you do too. However, that does not give you the right to judge people like that.

If you really detest the notion of hearing people talk about Malays and their rights and all the political melodrama, then don't follow the same path.Of course you're in the opposite direction but basically it's all the same.

My purpose is not to flame you or anything.Don't get me wrong, this is merely an argument.
