4. I would like to avoid Private high fees colleges, But also can give opinion that I might consider.
5. also, if study abroad, where to, and how? I really noob this part

LIKE I SAID, the 2 possibilities are PART-TIME VS FULLTIME
I`ve an account to see Pros and Cons of these two roads
BTW, what is the expected salary for diploma holder vs degree holder. Same field, elec. eng. PLUS if Govern VS Private.
I heard TNB pays well? anyone?

I think u better further to degree.. Did u know how good the degree In Electrical engineering????? U can make more money with that compare if u just have a Diploma. Trust me. Plus Degree in Electrical is very difficult course. So need more concentration. Trust me. Better take full time. just spend another 3 years.
