If I were to rent a place and sign a tenancy agreement, then pay two months deposit at the spot, can I get the keys on the spot or do I have to wait till the cheque clear or tenancy agreement is stamped?

depends on the owner... legally u can oni get the keys on the start date of ur agreement.... but if the unit is empty, i see no reason why the owner cannot give u the keys few days early...

because i am in the process of buying the condo unit, despite being vacant, this seller wants the last drawdown onli willing to give me the keys - cos she wants everything according to the law

so, i am afraid if the day come closer and if i have no place to move in, i got to rent fr her the place (although the transfer might have done, but the money not yet reach her), i wonder if legally, if i sign the agreement on the spot (which also means start date of the agreement) and pay her with a cheque on the spot, legally, it means I can get keys?

if u pay him/her rent, it should be okay.
lets say delay for 1 month, i stay inside 1 month and pay 1 month rent.
money - money - money.

its just a piece of paper and not consider as payment til its cleared.

so i believe the correct term should be your cheque clear first then the agreement only active.
