If I were to rent a place and sign a tenancy agreement, then pay two months deposit at the spot, can I get the keys on the spot or do I have to wait till the cheque clear or tenancy agreement is stamped?

if u pay him/her rent, it should be okay. lets say delay for 1 month, i stay inside 1 month and pay 1 month rent. money - money - money.
