murdermod sleeving looks like nylon to me ><
perhaps those that sleeved their cables with murdermod's stuff could give their opinions here..

i think removing the ori sleeving of the tagan psu and then resleeving with new ones would work?
or just sleeve it over lolz..
removing is easy but bare in mind, tag each and every wires before removing everything to avoid confusion

im pretty sure vlad wanna murdermod it.
but tagan modular cable is different from others. the modular cables to the psu is circle and looks like some sort of compression fittings.
it will be hard and time consuming but i think it is possible. need a sleeving guru here to come out with an idea huhu

if thats the only problem with sleeving the PSU then i dont see a problem..sleeve the PSU the same way u sleeve a non modular PSU...by removing the molexes..

not sure wats in it....most likely a ferrite core...if it is..can be removed...

imho...leave it alone and..

1/ find sleeves big enough to go over it..

or

2/ sleeve from 2 ends....from the molex side AND the modular side...sleeving from modular side will require to find sleeves big enough to go over it...which i think the normal 4 pin sleeves might be able to since theyre expandable....

3/ check out which has the smaller diameter...the ferrite core, or the modular connector...then choose that side to start sleeving

u could try using tubes or straws or something cylindrical to go over it and then sleeve over easily

i usually take a copper wire (the ones u use to solder), tie it to ur psu wire.. then push the copper wire into the sleeving until it come out, then pull the copper wire.. very easy thumbup.gif

using a mdpc-x nothing is impossible.. hahaha.. i just dumb at first try but then i know it's the easier sleeving that you can flex it by pushing the wire inside to move over and over until finish. no more need any other item to help the wire movement inside... laugh.gif
