Sometimes low PE doesn't really mean good. I still remember at one time Masteel PE was just 2, but did not move much. People generally prefer high PE (like infinity) like IRCB because can goreng up and down

You'll be shock to see how high is Masteel PE ratio in March.

That's why I don't use PE to justify whether the stocks is undervalue or not, as it will fluctuates a lot.

The downtrend move is coming to the rising trendline from the previous low of .285.

Since daily chart is very OS, and volume is hinting seller exhaustion, a rebound is possible to 10 ma.
