the backpack strap snap broken and it fell on the floor >.<...
not the left side crack open at the lcd
.. what should I do..I don't think the warranty covers it

I dropped my studio xps 16 just now..
the backpack strap snap broken and it fell on the floor >.<... not the left side crack open at the lcd .. what should I do..I don't think the warranty covers it |

I just changed my monitor foc due to warranty. But now after fixed I think my monitor is a bit larger then my laptop. Anyone faced this problem before?
