Not trying to be fussy, when touch on the drop keys, you can feel like that particular keyboard area is dented. I'm asking here to know whether every keyboard for SXPS16 is the same, then this is a design issue. To be honest, I have not used/seen a dented keyboard on a laptop before, this is my first time.

Hmmm... I wouldn't even notice it if u haven't mention it. Just checked mine and seems like my G K V N is slighty lower. It's not that obvious and it doesn't affect my typing, so i'm good

Your keys is quite random, for my keyboard, the affected keys are J, K, L which are in a same area. Got a feeling that some screws for that area are too tight causing it.
