agree with you kytz. as long as you take care of your unit well, it will serve you well also. few OCs, heavy games wont hurt much. but if you plan to play games heavily, i would suggest a desktop.

i just noticed i5 variant has upgrade option.. from HD4670 -> HD5730 ..

they suddenly change the upgrade option from HD5650 to HD5730 ..

We know all computers will crash eventually. i'm expecting to fully utilize the 3 year warranty as i am not nice to my laptops  .

the current unit i'm typing on right now is a 6 year old Dell D600 which has had 4 rounds of replacement to every part except the keyboard in its 3 year warranty lifetime.
