parts dont come cheap, esp the mobo.. a mobo cost thousands..
well, i think part of the warranty cost is paid for the complete coverage say accident like one spilled coffee on it, can get replacement, i dont need that, and gold (or 24x7?) phone support i also dont need that too.
for inspiron model, there's option for 3 yrs parts and labour, actual name i dont remember, something like inhome service after remote diagnose, i will think is the same, dell just playing around fancy names for the warranty coverage
the cost is less than RM300

the option is not in the website, that's why i ask you guys got any experience request for more economical warranty upgrade, maybe by phone?
