When you run it, can open task manager? Any process related to the adobe apps like Photoshop.exe when open Photoshop?

rename amtlib64.dll to amtlib.dll in C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CS4 (64 Bit) |

Don't worry, as long you have valid warranty, you will be okay...
Some cases when your notebook is not produced anymore, you got replacement with current generation that meant to replace your notebook, though it is rare cases... like XPS M1530 -> SXPS 16... |
