Then it will be better becoz average maturity age for female is bout 8months old and male can get mature as early as 3-5months..

Therefore normally I will suggest to keep the first female Joey for 3-4months then only go for second male Joey.. And within this few months, as long as owner provide sufficient companion time she will be fine to be alone..

Moreover, u can use the first few months time to bond with the first glider.. If u handle both unbonded glider at the same time, they are more likely to bond with one another rather than owner..

Just my personal opinion..

because i just got a second male joey HIRO... DOA 20/06/2010..
but i putting them in a seperate cage.. will not put them in the same cage until few months later.
mo mo normally will cling onto me when i'm in the room when i'm handling it. however i never tried it outside b4 as i'm scared she is not fully bonded.
both are on HPW and fruits

You are mostly welcome.

You can add a bit inside to introduce ur glider the milk.. But u don blend both together yea...

oic..
but i thk its ok dy.. cos she finish the whole thg... i gave her half a spoon (the one given inside HPW) plus around 4 spoon of water.
Is the ratio ok?

my joey's tail fur is stuck with HPW.. i thk it's because the HPW is too sticky dy... i have used warm water and tissue to clean he tail and wipe off with dry tissue.

however if the fur is still not clean up, what can i do?

Can i just leave it to the joey to clean itself as i know we cant bath it?

thanks

another thg... Eric.. after u cut momo's nails her grip like sort of lossen... she tends to fall off my shoulders...
is it normal?
because its her 1st time cutting nails, is it because she is not used to it?

Thanks

Forge:

My joeys on possum milk replacement too... i see alot of improvement...

Hiro : I feed twice a day... morning once and nite once..

normally nite i also will give them some fruits in additional of the milk.

Momo: I feed once a day nite... then will feed her HPW and fruits.

normally they'll finish the milk within 30min..
