Hi newbe here and am getting a joey tomorrow from Ikano pet shop. Been discuss with my gf for some time and finally had made up decision to get one from them. Been go through all the details on the 1st page and take my time for study about sg.

Any way will go to pet shack 1st to get all the things and only go back to Ikano to buy the sg.

Will update once i manage to shoot some photo of my new family member~!

how about any recommendation where to get one female joey?

In that case pls guide me the correct way as i saw there keep them into a 4' cage without the lighting.

Get my SG on Sunday as a gift from my uncle, too bad he do not know any thing about SG and brought it from petshop without inform me....

Any way today bring her for check up with Dr Jenny and thank god is a healthy 2.5 + months OOP joey and already let Dr Jenny deworm.

She is kinda tame but keep sleeping for the whole day only active around 5a.m. in the morning. Get her the proper fullset of SG needs like 3' cage, SG wheel and pouch and water bottle. Also the fullset of SG diets like HPW and others.

Any way thanks for this forum that able to guide me through and now on the way of bonding process. Although i know i will be accuse by others buying SG from petshop, but i will not put the blame on my uncle as i know he is just to be nice and he know nuts about SG at all.

Will take responsibility for this new life as she is soooo cute. Will update once im able to get a photo of her.

Kinda worry as 1st day my SG finish the apple, honeydew and papaya.

2nd day i mix with HPW on the fruits and my girl don touch at all. Just now make her get up and put some HPW on my finger n she lick all but when i change to papaya or honeydew she just turn her head away.

Now she just craw back to her sleeping pouch and rest.........sigh still have a long way to go. But at least she is tame and can sleep on my hand already.

So far she will choose the sleeping pouch rather then my hand so sleeping pouch won 1 and my hand 0.........

Visited Dr Jenny on 30th April, check with her can i give my sg a nail trim, but Dr said is still young to do that (3 months +)

But lately i found out she will get stuck while come out from the pouch (although she still can manage to get out while struggle her way though), should i trim her nail or just leave it be?
