25% fruit is very little. I personally go for 50% fruit. If you watch more of that website, it always say give only pellets. A glider's natural diet doesn't consist of 75% pellets.... that's utter rubbish.
You need to have a proper balance of fruit and protein and carbohydrate. Not enough fruits and veggie in their diet can cause constipation and a load of other health problems. One of it is liver problem.
