it's possible..anything can happened but as said by yvliew, how long do u offer for personal warranty?? hmm.gif

If u never stated any, then u don't have to responsible it since he's already confirm the GC is working perfectly for few days

Dont bother about him.

There is an amount of risk with 2nd hand products.

Seeing that it worked for a month, I doubt it was anything to do with u.

U fulfilled the sellers obligation. U sold him a working item.

as a buyer we should ask the seller for the warranty period and type...either it's from personal / shop / manufacturer

if seller never stated??then should be warranty just for DOA hmm.gif

DOA = dead on arrival.. means working on the spot then anything else after that is the buyers responsibility.

Can this works? Good to know. But if we didn't state the warranty, means that there's no warranty la kan? Can like that ah?

DOA - Dead On Arrival...means it's got a problem once it's arrive in buyer's hand (or at least give a buyer 24H to test)

don't worry about the warranty...as a buyer he should ask u even u are selling a brand new GC..same as we buy something from shop rite?we do ask the warranty period

yes bro...If seller never stated any. normally it's a DOA / check and test kaw2 during COD

about the personal warranty thingy, buyer can always nego with the seller..eg: seller put as DOA, but we can always ask for longer period like 3 or 5 or 7 days...If he refuse then depend to u laa..take the risk or find another seller

TS, ask the fella go fly kite. You have lent him the item and he has tested confirm it's working. This is a 2nd hand product, and you have not stated any warranty. Somemore this is after 1 month. Just ignore him.

for used item, 1 week consider long... for ur case already 1 month...

buyer should have awareness to test item they bought... 1 month is too long for asking refund...

TS... if u're afraid that he's gonna whack u, then u're gonna refund him? let's say the buyer complained the gc spoil after 10 years, dont tell me u're still going to refund him? tell him that electrical items dont last a lifetime. this is not a pendrive with lifetime warranty. anyway, TS is such a good seller... always asking customer if the item is working fine. usually i ask once only... sweat.gif

I think you better not poison anyone to do something unusual like the word u use "kongket". You're a disgraceful and disrespecting what so ever the problem is. I think its time for you to learn to respect human being even if its woman , since you have mentioned the accused "mother".

I think TS can just ignore the sulky guy and close this thread..

it is up to the seller...in your case.. well, the item had been sold out for some time, then buyer claims the item is spoil after using it for some time... well .. leave it then .. it is his responsibility then.

1 week is very reasonable. He should test it kaw-kaw during the 1 week. after 1 week consider his problem already.

Seller, you should NOT refund.
1. No warranty period stated, and the buyer didn't bother to ask.
2. Seller sold item in a good condition, even the buyer tested it 24hrs before buying.
3. After sale, seller asked buyer THREE times about the item he bought, and buyer said YES (good) to that three times.

If he persists on asking for a refund, ask him to bring the warranty he "got".
If he say "u didn't give me" then he's answering his own problem.
Ask him back "so how?" so how.

why you keep talking to him? When you kept asking about the card, that made him curious about the card and think that it was "broken" when you sold it. And coz you kept communicating with him, he now has the chance to get back the money he paid for. I'd say leave him be. Report to mod if he keeps bugging you.

This sounds like that guy who sued Maxis for their Download, Play and Win contest laugh.gif Idiot spent 2k on phone bill downloading, didn't win, then sued Maxis. The Judge told him off like a little kid...
