No, the manga itself was stalled for nearly a year and just recently continued. The scanlators were twiddling their fingers and raging at the author's hiatus because the mangaka went on to draw h-doujins (coughDigitalAccelWorkscough....) and other mangas in the meantime. The author is known to let various projects idle.Meh, info in first page of this thread.
