Pardon for my stupid question. What is rumah separuh kekal? and what is rumah kekal?

  i suppose thats leasehold, fail betul translation dia btw, i tried to borrow 300k......1484.99 monthly for 30years.......thats cheap  i always calculate around 1600++i guess this doesnt include the MRTA/insurance..... |
