hi guys, i had difficulties of choosing which TV should i buy. There are various models and technologies such as Plasma TV, LCD TV, LED TV.

i) For Plasma: how about panasonic G/V series, Samsung PlasmaTV series 6 and any others recommend ??

ii) For LCD: Sony, Samasung ... which model of those ??

iii) For LED: Samsung ??

iv) Size around 42" ~ 50" inch

v) For watching Astro, which is better? Plasma , LCD or LED ??

vi) budget around <10k

please advise~

It's actually LCD TV with LED backlighting. Panel is same as LCD TV.
There are 2 type of LED backlighting.
1. Edge LED backlighting - Thinnest
2. RGB Dynamic LED - Even thicker than normal LCD TV

LED BackLit is better, it provide local dimming. EdgeLit may have a problem to provide uniform light source, especially on large screen. But BackLit come with higher price tag biggrin.gif
