Where is the cheapest 4R Photo Printing in Penang ? I have 300pcs to print. I found 0.38/pc for 300pcs. Any shop provide cheaper rate ? thanks.

pertama complex, my wife go cuci today at rm0.29 per pcs. we onli cuci like around 70+- pcs ..lol
