china iphone dont have multi-touch, and most most of support dual sim, some even tri sim...
and the most obvious, china iphone (and other phones as well) is having extremely bad camera.... |

and way to cheap to be the real iphone .. the build looks cheap, the interface looks cheap and the main thing, the price is so cheap and you'll surely think more than thrice that it is a real one..
