used a dremel for it.. cutting it was very hard =_= i broke like 10 cutting disc zzzz

used a file, grinding stone, sanding disc to smoothen it and a copper brush to polish it tongue.gif (make it shinny)

hopefully painting with remove some of the cacatness lol..

huhu ic..i think if using jigsaw will might help to reduce the rough cutting abit and yea more less work to fine the edge tongue.gif

imo the cuts actually look quite ok from far.. unless ur seeing it from like.. 2cm in front of it sweat.gif then u'll notice its a bit rigid..

but i'll try make it smoother ^^

yep.. the owner of the case wanted to keep the curve sweat.gif

if it were me, i just potong lolz..

oh and i lost 10 cutting disc just cutting the top.. all broken sad.gif..

i hate cutting meshes zzz..

ya, use tools give better cutting...

the dremel disc easy to break when cutting steel, steel is much more harder and challenging to cut compare to aluminum.

Last time i cut my top panel for triple radiator setup on a05n using hack saw... manual method without machine laugh.gif

need lot of strength and patient sweat.gif
