the top panel cutted by what tool bro?seem abit rough

used a dremel for it.. cutting it was very hard =_= i broke like 10 cutting disc zzzz

used a file, grinding stone, sanding disc to smoothen it and a copper brush to polish it (make it shinny)

hopefully painting with remove some of the cacatness lol..

cut by jigsaw or rotary tool ?

huhu ic..i think if using jigsaw will might help to reduce the rough cutting abit and yea more less work to fine the edge

errr... i don't see any red finish yet

imo the cuts actually look quite ok from far.. unless ur seeing it from like.. 2cm in front of it then u'll notice its a bit rigid..

but i'll try make it smoother ^^

u use normal cutting wheel or Reinforced Fibreglass Cutting wheel ??

ya, use tools give better cutting...

the dremel disc easy to break when cutting steel, steel is much more harder and challenging to cut compare to aluminum.

Last time i cut my top panel for triple radiator setup on a05n using hack saw... manual method without machine

need lot of strength and patient
