Hello ,all. my benQ adapter that has a problem when i open the shift button on wall socket , the light of adapter remain off. I had spent some time to check the cable(which connect the adapter to wall socket to get the voltage) and adapter.

Then , i tried my previous cable that use for my acer laptop.when i use acer cable connect to benQ adapater,it is working. The light is power on..yahooo...

but may i know should i exchange one new benQ adapter with BenQ service center? i check the benQ adapter ,but it is look like this ...(click the picture to view)

so ...i should go to service center to get a new due to my laptop warranty is still not expire yet.or my warranty for battery is nt include tat cable?

OMG ! my s42 has a problem. When i plug in the AC to charge the battery , the window display the battery remain 26 % but window did not charge the battery !!!! I has tried to on the laptop by battery only...but it is unable open ~ It seem my battery was dead ... T_T.


I think my battery still on the period of warranty ?! Where the Service center of benQ ? What i need to bring to there?

The Service center had been University Station(PUTRA LRT) and i only need to bring my battery to exchange ? how about my warranty code ? or warranty card?

hmm,,i try to check the setting 1st ! battery setting shows the adapter is on,but no charging !the light of battery is showing orange color rather than blue color ..haiz, i`m lazy go to Jaya one there leh ...shit~ thanks all your replys.

after i has done some research , my benq boot by AC adapter only, the light of battery does not blink but it is amber color(but the battery keep 26%,not charging) and check the the lock battery is tight and then the battery is not hot even i has been opening for 1 hours..

hmm,,sorry ,i still cant find out any setting that allow me off the charging the battery when plug in the AC adapter. Haiz~

i`m try install 185.85 again !but failed ..i run setup manually ...black screen appear when installing ... i try run install driver on Device Manager ,but the process encounter an error again !

i had checked the driver of 9600GT ,it change VGA to 96000..but when reboot ,laptop become black screen again. ..

possible the latest Intel Graphic Chipset is crash with Dox`s Mod driver ? because when i uninstall nVidia driver ,the intel driver also crash ,i need re-install intel driver also ...

haiz.. use normal vga ,how i play game~
