Must be...mine here no problem at all playing it brows.gif..well, S42 can even play GRID at mid-set but the temp just sweat.gif...and like BBX said, better get a USB keyboard if cannot handle the heat tongue.gif..

Well, like astria said, S42 do support 800MHz, well i'm running with it and so far no problem icon_idea.gif (well, supposed to be no problem at all laugh.gif)...

My S42 also the same, that gesture thingy didn't appeared in the menu sweat.gif...try installing it a couple of time but the result still the same, maybe that one for certain laptop only....but thinking back, yours are quite old already laugh.gif

Well, mine here after a 3 days on laptop without shutting it down, idle temp at 62C while peaked at 94C while playing BFBC2 icon_idea.gif..while watching HD movies, around 68~72C sad.gif..maybe need to do some clean-up smile.gif...

Run with Power Saver & the most least brightness...then maybe you can try adjusting some stuff in the advance control panel for power option nod.gif

Yup, in my work place also like that...10 workers, 6 with XM5800 sweat.gif..mine with Samsung Star can last 1 week with normal stuff icon_idea.gif

Should be an icon at the 'system tray' there indicating the SRS sound is ON/OFF...when you turn it OFF, the icon should be crossed with a red X and the bass is gone laugh.gif..

haha, because before this also got confusion about S57 battery laugh.gif..some say theirs are 8-cell while some say 6-cell..but most of it usually the one that Mr Yap (BenQ) mentioned which is 8-cell battery nod.gif

Well, maybe you can send him pictures of your battery and he can then clarify the battery...

Well, disabling the Aero features will save battery also..mine when on battery, switch to Window classic theme and running just a few apps in the background nod.gif..can last me for 3 hours with WiFi on icon_idea.gif

Wow, blindbox really does wonder testing his S42 unit laugh.gif..my videos also got a bit of tearing but tried to fix it nothing change..maybe later i try disable the triple buffer nod.gif..

double, you use what codec pack and also your video format & reso?? hmm.gif..well, mine if those videos that is HD, no tearing issue but the normal vidoes i got tearing issue lor sweat.gif
