i dunno got what setting lah.. but 3gp is da basic video format for phone mah..
actuallly.. just convert will do.. its not like the phone can deliver HD or superb sound.. IMO.. not much noticeable difference.. |

Hmm, last time using encoder MPEG-4 ASP (lavc), encoding mode is two pass - average bitrate, set average bitrate between 1500 or 2000, and change quantization type to MPEG,
