core i5 also 2 cores only...
anyway, according to the reviews, the OC on SU7300 only increase 1C, so no worries there @ballsofsteel, vista driver should just do fine, though you might want to grab latest ATi driver from amd website~ This post has been edited by lee_what2004: Feb 9 2010, 11:03 PM |

There an option on the BIOS to activate the overclock... You should really discuss this on the Alienware thread.... Well, that's ULV cpu for you, not too hot This post has been edited by lee_what2004: Feb 9 2010, 11:05 PM |

But did you still have the receipt from ThunderMatch?i just notice they is ANDA sticker behind my laptop ticked on 2010 and january. but i dont remember it was there when i bought the laptop or after i sent it to ANDA for LCD check on 4th Feb. but ANDA did nothing at the laptop because no stock left to change lcd panel. Only the front desk get hold of the laptop for a moment. Im not sure if she put the sticker that time. Im worry if i bought 2nd hand laptop. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « You might want to email BenQ MY, Mr Yap should can help you with the warranty problem... |

In usual mean, you can upgrade the HDD, but the warranty for that HDD will be voided, while the warranty for other parts still valid as long the damage isn't because of the HDD upgrade....

Well, should be no problem if its the exact same panel...
Warranty wise, should be okay if there's no visible mark being opened forcefully |

QUOTE(BBXiong @ Feb 10 2010, 01:33 PM) lol mia, that one is 6 generation later..no need say, sure can pawn all graphic card in current age..hahaha well..i don mind that, honestly, cos i wanted a powerful laptop that can put into my room..currently have plannings for LCD and gaming keyboard to come in...1 for full screen movie/games, another one for MSN, or game faq, lol...and keyboard also..any nice keyboard that is lower then RM200 and can press at least 7 keys together? need to play guitar hero..must have that kind of thing... btw i notice some keyboard use the wird anti-ghosting, anyone knows what that means by keyboard anti ghosting? QUOTE Developed by Microsoft’s Applied Science’s Group, which worked on the Xbox 360, the keyboard’s anti-ghosting technology allows gamers to press up to 26 keys at once without incident because the keyboard’s advanced hardware detects each keystroke individually. By comparison, the standard keyboard utilizes row and column wires that react to each other when pressed, which is fine for typing usage but leaves much room for error when complex key combinations necessary for PC gaming are administered. This allows fast-fingered gamers to execute complex commands without fear of ghosting, providing a truer gaming experience. source |

QUOTE(Joshua_0718 @ Feb 10 2010, 05:00 PM) 1, 2, 3 years, all are international warranty. but from this post, its seems like only 3 years in international warranty..Transfer details when you are at another country only. QUOTE(cy-yang @ Feb 10 2010, 11:36 PM) |
