Old Man U jersey sponsor logo peeling off :-(, Any1 here know where to get it fixed?

Hello LYN sifus, I have an onld MAN U jersey, the one with vodafone sponsor. The problem is the words and logo are peeling off ( the logo actually came off completely d). Anyone here know where i can fix it???
