Just wondering is there any difference in the QUALITY of Engineering graduates produced by PRIVATE and PUBLIC unis.

Is there an increasing trend where public unis are producing sub-par Engineering Grads that are slowly being exposed when they join the work force?

Does an Engineering degree from a private uni be more attractive when applying for an engineering job under the government? or will bumi always be preferred?
