Hey Bro,
I went thru a somewhat similar stage that you are/were in.
For my case, i never really liked maths.
Not in Highschool, college or Uni. (UTAR)
But hey, i got thru my degree alright. not excellent, mostly because of my weakness in maths.
Now i'm a working professional, and have never regretted sticking with my degree until the end.

First of all, if you really want to improve your maths, and not give up like a 'cat' (replace with offensive word)

,
then either or both of the following could help you;
1. Talk to your respective lecturers on the chapters or problems or equations that you do not understand.
Ask their advice during consultation hours. PLEASE DO! all the homework and tutorials they give you. When u cant solve a tutorial problem, then ask them about it. If you cant find them during consult hours, please email them.
2. If you are not comfortable with the above,
Then you should find out who are the smart/hardworking students in your class, and be friends with them.
Everyone can use more friends. and Uni is a good time to make them.
You can talk about subjects & problems & discuss tutorials with them. By teaching you, they also improve themselves.

Engineering is a beautiful course.
I didnt see that when i was still studying. But after i graduated, i found that it teaches you the way of the world. How things work and why things work. Practicality, and problem solving. Logical thinking, etc etc.
Computer science is... meh.
Really not that in-demand right now.
But anyways, follow your passion.
And Giving up is usually not the way to go.
