I am will graduate from bachelor in chemical engineering this year..and i would like to pursue my study abroad in same course taking master...however, what concern is i was miss the MARA offering for scholar..is there are others that i can fill the form to get scholar.. My CGPA below 3.5 but above 3...hope u guys can help me
