which one has more calories, ayam goreng spicy or big mac? hmm.gif
in the mcd booklet it says big mac has 531 calories. 100g of ayam goreng has 273 calories, so i don't know normally we eat 2 ayam goreng is how much calories.

wad de...

how can u even consume McD??? THey are all FRIED using oil!!! soon the consumption will become saturated fats in your stomach and u may need at least 1 hour of strong cardio to burn it off.... It's not worth even to think of it...

the healthiest food currently in McD is prosperity burger which taste sark... since they are cooked using grill style.... Stay away from oil!
