install the Desktop Manager software that came with the phone, from there u can update ur device to the latest firmware available.

Note that only the top 6 icons from the Home screen (where u got all your icons) is displayed at the main screen (on default theme). to move an icon simply press your blackberry key (in between the call button and the trackpad) and select "move". that way u can rearrange the things.
