On Part B, point 4, I wish to share with you my findings.
Sometimes even when you see EDGE in caps, you might not be connected to the BIS network. To check, please do the following: BlackBerry menu - Manage Connections - Service Status Under BlackBerry Internet Service, it should read: Connection: Mobile Network. Then you're connected to the BIS network. |
