Date of transaction: july 2009

Details of the complaint : Kellyyhx buy ds lite from me at july 2009. when she buy it, she wan other colour but i got stok for silver only. she say is ok then i cod to her. she check it and not say anything. after 2 days she sms me wan to change the ds lite, just coz the colour. i say cant. coz we bussines here, not play play at here.

when she buy it ,i told her this set is 1 month full warranty and 1 year service warranty. after 2 month september. her fren call me the ds lite got problem, i ask her come to repair at our shop we free the labour for her. but she dint come. after few month, she msg me at my post about complain me. i call her for settle the problem, but she dont wan to settle it.

after half year, now she make complain to me again at here. say i sell the fake set to her and wan to refund total amount. this item is AFTER HALF YEAR, wat i can do it? i ask her come to repair it and free the labour. but she dont wan. she just wan to find the problem and ask me to refund the money.

i nvr c her fren pass the ds lite come to my shop, but she lie here. say her fren ever come 2 time to c me and charge her RM120 for repair the ds lite and i keep back her receipt. i nvr c her fren and dont know wat the problem with the ds lite, how i charge her RM120?

i think she is lost her receipt, but i m ok. i ask her bring the set come to repair it and free labour. but she dont wan. she really is big lier, nvr show me the set, just say at here the set is got problem and wan to refund money.

so unlucky, deal bussines with girl like that. i bussines at here, sold over 1++ set console. nvr c the customer like her.

then apa her mau now? giv her another ds lite free?

Seller sold a recon set to kelly in the first place which she just found out recently accompanied by many problems on the recon set, so there's nothing wrong if kelly were to be compensated full amount of what she paid. And the reason kelly refuse to deal with TG now is because she's afraid she's be further harassed by the seller. So it's rather complicated here, TG offer a solution which is good, but kelly is reluctant which is equally understandable..

spent the last 40 minutes reading both of seller (Top Games) & buyer (kellyyyhx) threads regarding this

from what i see,both of u got 'things' that couldnt be agreed upon (as stated by gundamalpha here)
u guys/gals need to appoint a 3rd party la..middle man to solve things...that's my way of solving these kind of issues...
