I still think Hasbro destroyed the Marvel figure line. They can't seem to get out of Toy Biz' shadow.

But well, one smart move Hasbro made was to focus on their specialty for humanoid figures: 3 3/4" size.
If only they gave their Marvel figures as much attention as they do to G.I.JOE...

Haha I might get 6" Hawkeye just cos he's an archer.
Any idea when these will hit our shores?

Gonna go OT a little bit...
I remember some ppl on this forum were talking about the fear of yellowing plastic, especially on white toys.
Some say it was due to no light, others say it was due to the light.
I still figured it all depends on what is mixed into the plastic.
I found this result after moving some boxes last night:

Gambit (left) is 2 years older than X-23 (right). The transparent plastic bubble has no paint on it, so both should be going yellow.
Both were kept in the same cardboard box, in the middle of a few other boxes, so it was in complete darkness.
On the other hand, my Storm Shadow vintage figure hasn't yellowed, yet my iMac keyboard has.
Myth busted!

Yeah, Deadpool was considered a villian back then.
Now he's an anti-hero. Or a neutral fella. Marvel ran out of stories.

Thundercats is not popular enough in Asia. The 2011 cartoon was good, but not great if you've never heard of Thundercats before. Only the 80s babies will like it more than the average kid.

Same goes for G.I.Joes. Only those who grew up in the 80s watching all these English cartoons will like them. I myself like G.I.Joe the most. It's the most nostalgic to me.

Most people in Asia prefer robots and space battles.
And the entire world prefers toys of successful movies/shows that have been marketed/aired recently.

i don't remember watching joes, but i like them all the same.
it's the impressive sculpt, articulation and accessory that hooks me

I agree. The 25th Anniversary, Pursuit of Cobra and 30th Anniversary lines beats alot of other 4" figure lines.
Though, it looks like the Retaliation movie line is going to drop in quality.

i gunpla but would really enjoy to work on a galactus figure. any out there?

There's another one as well
http://marvelousnews.com/database/search.php?itemid=304
But this is a 'Build-a-figure', and you'll have to search for someone who has the full Toy Biz Marvel Legends Series 9 set.
Or maybe those kiosks at Amcorp, that may sell it without the 6" figures in the set.
