i check web site, likely maybank does not show much detail of their plan. same to cimb. does maybank do have good flexi house loan? i feel online payment is easy... but loan tn c is more important.

from PB: there are 5 package flexi

(1) Single Tier Interest Rate package*
(For Completed and Uncompleted Properties)
Loan Amount
Whole Tenure
RM100K to < RM150K BLR - 1.80% p.a.
RM150K and above BLR - 2.00% p.a.

standard charted my area dont have, hard to make payment

CIMB, MYB din see any flexi word at their web with BLR rate...
