service is one thing lar. but no need to worry so much abt it. if agent die ald, the co is still there mar.
since she cant explain to u what u're covered, try to get info from co. and maybe write a letter explaining ur situation to the co so they can arrange for another agent to help u. shldnt be a prob lar. good luck |
