TS, maybe you could go through the document yourself? I have read through the insurance document myself, it is not difficult to read once you get the flow.

Another way is to just change agent, i believe you would need to top up your insurance to change agent, at least for me lah (I'm using prudential). Just give some excuse like friends tell u this and you buy and pretend you don't know that it would actually change agent by doing that...
